On Saturday, April 5 about 3:10 pm I had my civil rights violated by a Black Chandler cop at Sunset Park next to the library.

I was lying down in Sunset Park and a Black Chandler Police Officer approched me and started talking to me.

As I always do I took the 5th and told him I didn't want to talk to him.

I said something like I was talking the 5th and didn't want to talk to him. That I was also taking the 6th and wanted a lawyer if he was going to question me, and that he didn't have permission to search me and I was taking the 4th.

As usual the pig seem to feel that anybody that has a gun and a badge is above the law and he continue to question me.

Several times I told the pig that I was taking the 5th and didn't want to talk to him, that I was taking the 6th and wanted a lawyer before talking to him, and that he didn't have permission to search me.

This piggie gave me the line of BS that the 5th Amendment only applied in court and as usuall contineu to question me.

I then whipped out my camera and started video taping.

I asked the piggy for his name, but he refused to tell me.

Pigs don't like to be video taped violating people rights so this piggy started to leave.

I video taped him walking back to his SUV.
