Another false arrested by crooked Chandler cops

Well, I guess technically this wasn't another false arrest by the crooked Chandler, Arizona Police Department.
In this case the crooked cop only violated my civil rights. He did NOT falsely arrest me.
This crime commited by the Chandler Police Department happened on Saturday, April 5, 2014 at about 3:10 pm at Sunset Park near Rural Road and Ray Roads next to the Chandler Sunset Library.
This is the first time I have ever had my civil rights violated by a crooked Black police officer.
