False Arrest by Chandler, Arizona Police

This usually happens when I am stopped by the police and tell them I am going to take the Fifth Amendment and not going to answer there questions.

Pigs get very angry when you attempt to exercise your Constitutional rights and have the gall to tell them you are taking the 5th and refusing to answer their questions.

I have been falsely arrested and file lawsuits against the Tempe Police, ASU Police (Arizona State University Police), Mesa Police, MCC Police (Mesa Community College Police), the Maricopa County Sheriff's Office, and the DPS or Arizona Department of Public Safety.

I have also been falsely arrested by the Phoenix Police, Scottsdale Police but didn't file lawsuits against them.

The first thing I do when I am released after being falsely arrested is sit down and start writting notes on what happened during the false arrest so I can use those notes to file a lawsuit in Federal Court for false arrest and civil rights violations.

The law that I file the lawsuit is Title 42 Section 1983, or Title 42 §1983.

That is the same law Rodney King filed his law suit against the Los Angeles Police after they beat the kr*p out of him.

Here are my notes on this false arrest. I also video taped most of the false arrest and that can be seen here.

One of the things I forgot to put in my notes was that the cops DID not illegally search me. On top of that the cops didn't even give me a pat down Terry V Ohio search.

I find that rather suprising since the cops alluded to the fact that they were arresting me for a robbery, or armed robbery.

I suspect that is a good indication the cops made the whole thing up about a robery to give them "resaonable suspiction" to arrest me.

I am positive that if there had been a REAL robbery the first thing the cops would have done is give me a Terry V Ohio pat down search looking for weapons.

Well in reality I suspect the cops would have said screw the legal Terry V Ohio pat down search and given me an illegal full blown search for guns and drugs.

But as I said before I find it odd that the cops didn't give me a legal pat down Terry V Ohio search, if they were really had "reasonable suspicion" to arrest me to investigate a robbery.

I totally forgot to put this stuff in my notes about the anti-government jokes I make.

Maybe a clerk at Wal-Mart reported me to the Chandler Police for the anti-government jokes I made and the Chandler Police falsey arrested me for that reason.

During my discussion with Officer G. Pederson, I mentioned how Ray Krone was framed by the Phoenix Police for the murder of Kim Ancona and would take the 5th like I did.

Officers G. Pederson more or less told me what Ray Krone was an idiot who didn't know what he was talking about. You can hear Officer G. Pederson insult Ray Krone in the video I shot while I was being falsely arrested.

Of course Officer G. Pederson could probably care less that Ray Krone was framed for murder by the Phoenix Police and spent 10 years on death row for a crime he didn't commit.

Officer G. Pederson probably also could care less that Ray Krone was the 100th person to be freed from prison when DNA testing proved he was innocent and framed by the Phoenix Police for murder.

When Ray Krone was first questioned by the Phoenix Police he naievlly thought that if he honestly answered their questions he would be treated fairly by the police and quickly released after being accused of a crime that he didn't commit.

Sadly for Ray Krone things didn't work out that way.

A few years back Ray Krone spoke at the ASU College of law on his 10 years he spent on death row after being framed by the Phoenix Police.

I asked Ray Krone if he would still answer police questions like he did the first time.

Ray Krone told me that the Phoenix Police twisted and turned all the honest answers that he gave them around to make it look like he was guilty.

Ray Krone told me that if he is every stopped by the police again he will take the 5th, just like I did and refuse to answer any and all police questions.

Ray Krone knows from the personal experience of being framed by the Phoenix Police for murder and spending 10 years on death row for a crime that he didn't commit that the only way to avoid being framed by crooked cops is to refuse to talk to them.

And of course that is what I did when I took the 5th and refused to answer any of Officer G. Pedersons questions.
