False Arrest by Chandler, Arizona Police

Anti-government Jokes and Comments

I didn't even think of this till almost a week after I was falsely arrested, but maybe I was falsely arrested for my anti-govenrment jokes and comments.

I think on Sunday, June 30, or Monday July 1 I first thought that perhaps I was falsely arrested for my anti-government comments and jokes.

Jokes to store clerks

When I go to Circle K and other stores they usually ask me how I am.

Yea, I know they could care less how I really am and only asking me the question to be polite.

I usually reply with the joke

I am just great execpt for the government
I usually follow that up when I jokingly ask them if they
Do you have to report me to Homeland Security for saying that??
And when they answer that I sometimes say
I know that you can't answer that question, because per the Patriot Act, it is a felony to admit you are reporting me to Homeland Security.

The jokes are educational!!!

When I am doing this I do it very intentionally and the purpose is to educate people that America has turned into a police state just like Nazi Germany, the Soviet Union or Red China.

And of course when the members of the US Congress created the new Homeland Security department, that was great for me sales pitch that America is now a police state.

I suspect that most Americans view the Homeland Security goons as nothing more then an American version of the Nazi Gestapo, the Soviet Union's KGB, or the Red Chinese Secret Police, whatever they are called. So with that in mind it's pretty easy using to previous jokes to sell Americans that our government has turned into a police state like Nazi Germany or the Soviet Union.

Most people seem to "get" my jokes and a large number of people seem to actually agree with me that the Patriot Act and Homeland Security have turned Amerika into a police state.

Did a Wal-Mart clerk report me to the police???

Which make me wonder. Were these jokes the reason I was falsly arrested by the Chandler Police just after I purchased my shoes at Wal-Mart???

When I went to Wal-Mart to purchase the shoes I didn't wander around the store looking at stuff like I usually do.

I went directly to the shoe department looking for my shoes.

I couldn't find any shoes in black so I asked a clerk if they had any behind the counter or in some other place that were black.

I may have joked that I wanted black shoes because they are harder for the police to see.

Of course that isn't a crime, it's just free speech.

And of course in my case it is true, because I have been terrorized by crooked police officers many times. So I would prefer to have black shoes, because they are harder for the police to see.

Maybe the shoe clerk reported me.

I guess I should get a log of the phone calls from Wal-Mart to the Chandler Police to track down that lead.

I ended up buying grey shoes, because I could not find any in black.

I don't remember what I said to the check out clerk when I bought the shoes.

Maybe I made some anti-government jokes to the clerk that sold me the shoes and he or she reported me to the Chandler Police leading to my false arrest.

I suspect I could get videos of the Wal-Mart store cameras that monitored my purchase and use that to track down the clerk that reported me to the Chandler Police, if indeed I was reported to the Chandler Police by some jerk clerk at Wal-Mart.
