False Arrest by Chandler, Arizona Police

Falsely arrested Tuesday, June 25, 2013

On Tuesday, June 25, 2013 shortly after 12:16:31 pm I was falsely arrested by Chandler Police Officer outside of the WalMart on Pecos and Arizona Avenue in Chandler, Arizona.

Falsely arrested by Officer G Pederson

Later Chandler Police Officers L.J. Morris #270 and Chandler Police Officer B. Lucus whom I had a very difficult time getting his name, and who also refused to give me his badge number showed up and participated in the false arrest.

How do I get the Wal-Mart video tapes

I asked the woman at the self service checkout for detains and she got some guy to talk to me who I think was a customer service rep or one of those people that hang out at the front of the store helping people.

He told me that I could get a police report number and that after I had that Wal-Mart would give me copies of the survelience tapes.

With that in mind I should ask the city of Chandler for the police report number on the false arrest.

I just used this link on the WalMart web site to send them this email:

On Tuesday, June 25, 2013, at 12:16:31 I purchased some shoes from your store in Chandler, Arizona on Pecos and Arizona Avenue.

Shortly after I left your store I was a victim of a crime in the parking lot by the Wendys, Del Taco and America's Best Contacts & Eyeglasses store which are in the same plaza as the Wal-Mart store.

I would like to know what I have to do to get copies of your surveillance tapes so I can document what happened for a lawsuit related to the crime.

Location of false arrest by Chandler Police

Note I wasn't arrested in the Wal-Mart or even outside of the Wal-Mart. I was arrested on the northwest corner of the shopping center near the America's Best Contacts & Eyeglasses store.

Here is map of the general area, which includes the WalMart Store and the America's Best Contacts & Eyeglasses store.

Here is a more detailed may that includes the America's Best Contacts & Eyeglasses store which I was arrested in front of and a nearby Wendys. This area is in the northwest corner of the shopping center.

I was arrested outside of one of these stores on the east part of this building. I am not sure if I was arrested in front of the Quinzos Subs, the Mirage Nails and Spa Hair or the GameStop store.

After I was initially arrested Chandler Police Officer G Pederson ordered me to move down to a breeze way by the America's Best Contacts & Eyeglasses store. That breeze way allows you to get to Pecos & Arizona Avenue.

Officer G. Pederson #200 initally falsely arrested outside of one of these stores on the east part of the building in the photo below.

I am not sure if I was arrested in front of the Quinzos Subs, the Mirage Nails and Spa Hair or the GameStop store.

After I was initially falsely arrested Officer G. Pederson ordered me to move to the breeze way in the photo below.

The breeze way is between the Quinzos Sub shop and the America's Best Contacts & Eyeglasses store, which is on the left of theis photo. In the photo below some guy is walking in the breeze way.
