Request for public records from Maricopa County.

On  Thursday, December 17,  2015, a little bit before 3pm and Friday, December 18, 2015 again a little bit before 3pm, I was falsely arrested and had my civil rights violated by  Maricopa County as I was trying to visit the Maricopa County Law Library at the downtown Maricopa County Court Complex in Phoenix on 1st Avene & Jefferson. 

I am NOT going to use these public records for commercial purposes. 

I am going to use the records to file a lawsuit in Federal court for false arrest and civil rights violations. 

This is a request for public records relating to that incident. 

1) I would like all the videos that you have of cameras that monitor the entrance to the Maricopa County Court House on 1st Ave & Jefferson on the outside of the building and on the inside of the building where the guards search people for the time frame 2 pm to 3:15 pm on Thursday, December 17,  2015.

2) I would like all the videos that you have of cameras that monitor the entrance to the Maricopa County Court House on 1st Ave & Jefferson on the outside of the building and on the inside of the building where the guards search people for the time frame 2 pm to 3:00 pm on Friday, December 18,  2015.

3) Would also like the names of all the guards, police officers, sheriffs or whatever names you call them for the guards that search people during the same time periods for those two days. 

Please give me the full names of the guard and their full job titles. That included Conrad Chavez, who is some type of guard that searches people. A second guard that searches people. 

4) I also want the full name and title of the Maricopa Sheriff Officer or deputy who thru me out of the building and has a name of  Brotherton. I think his badge number is #1287.

5) I also want copies of the procedures you have on checking weapons and knifes. And that includes everything that has to do with ARS 13-3102,  ARS 13-3102 A.10, ARS 13-3102.01 and ARS 13-3102 A.10 

6) I also want copies of the procedures you have on checking silly things like whistles and handcuff keys.

 7) I want a list of all the things that the guards are supposed to confiscate from people, which will include guns, weapons, handcuff keys, whistles and other stuff they guards seize from people. 

8) I want the procedures that the guards are supposed to follow when they confiscate this stuff, including what they are to do when people refuse to give their names. 

9) I want copies of the police and guard reports related to me being throw out of the building on both days. On Thursday  Conrad Chavez threw me out of the building. On Friday Maricopa Sheriff Officer Brotherton who is badge  #1287 threw me out of the building.

10) I want copies of all the radio transmissions made related to both incidents.

11) I want copies of all phone calls made related to both incidents. 

12) I want all the other information you have related to both incidents.

If I don't get my public records requests I will include all the members of the Maricopa County Supervisors in the lawsuit for violating my 1st Amendment rights as defendants.
