Today, Monday, December 28, 2015 at around 2:30 I went to the Mesa Law Library today in the Mesa Maricopa County Court Building and I didn't have any jackbooted police or government thugs violate my rights or even give me a hard time. The Maricopa County Law Library is in the Mesa Courts buildings near Baseline Road and Mesa Drive. I think the official address is 222 E Javelina Avenue in Mesa. I have been trying to go to the law library since Thursday, December 17, 2015 at the Phoenix Maricopa County Court Building. I think the jackbooted police thugs that search the people were preventing me from entering the building because I look like a homeless person. On Thursday, December 17, 2015 at the Maricopa County Court House in downtown Phoenix, Conrad Chavez gave me a line of what seemed like bullsh*t that I couldn't enter the building because I had a small folding pocket knife. He also gave me the line of BS that I couldn't check the knife and had to throw it away if I wanted to enter the building. On the following day Friday, December 18, 2015 slightly before 2:50 pm, 3 of the jackbooted police thugs that work for Maricopa County also refused to let me in the building. They were again Conrad Chavez, one of Sheriff Joe's goons, named Brotherton who is badge number #1287, and a police criminal with an unknown name who works with Conrad Chavez. On that visit they told me I was a dangerous terrorists because I had a whistle on my key chain and for that reason I could not enter the building. When I refused to give them my name, like I always do, police *sshole Conrad Chavez, had Sheriff Joe's goons, named Brotherton #1287 throw my *ss out of the building. I have not gone back to the Phoenix Maricopa County Superior Court and tried to use the law library again because I am afraid the crooked police thugs that work there will plant drugs on me or create a bogus crime and charge me with it. When I went to the Mesa Court I left all my stuff behind including my key chain. The only thing I brought was my wallet, one key, and my camera. I thought they were going to do the same thing to me I Mesa because on that Maricopa County Build on both the outside and inside they have a bunch of signs that say "no photos, no videos". I was afraid they would tell me I couldn't check my camera and refuse to let me in the building for that reason. Oddly they didn't say a thing about my camera as it went thru the x-ray machine and let me in the building. I don't remember any of the "no photographs, no videos" signs at the Maricopa County Superior Court house in downtown Phoenix. I don't know if they don't have those signs there or if I just failed to notice them. So I don't know if the 1st Amendment as it relates to taking photographs and videos is null and void at just the Mesa Courthouse or in all the Maricopa County Courthouses. Oddly at the Mesa Court House I didn't see any of the signs that say "No Weapons", like they have at the Maricopa County Superior Courthouse in downtown Phoenix. Again there may be a sign, but I just didn't see it. The bad news is I was hoping to find some word documents that have models for filing lawsuits and I didn't find any of those. They did give me some forms which I suspect will work just as well. Sadly like every thing else the government does it looks like the court system has been tweaked so it only works for the benefit of the lawyers, judges, cops and other government bureaucrats that are involved in it. And of course screws the public, which it pretends to protect.
