I was at the Chandler Library circulating petitions to legalize
marijuana and my civil rights were violated by some library employees
who didn't seem to like me circulating the petitions that could lead to
the legalization of marijuana in Arizona.
It happened on Monday, June 24, 2013 sometime between noon and 2:54 pm. I only had 3 signatures remaining on the petitions before I was all done. I suspect that some angry cop or wanna be cop was angry that I was circulating petitions to legalize marijuana in front of the Chandler Library and they complained to the library. The library employees should have told them tough luck, I have the same 1st Amendment right to talk about legalizing marijuana as they have to brag about how they are saving the world by throwing people that commit the victimless crime of smoking or selling marijuana into prison. But instead two library employees came out of the library to shake me down. One of the employees was a woman, the other employee was a man1. The woman library employee told me that I wasn't allow to circulate petitions unless I was standing behind a small wall. That wasn't a big deal because I was already standing behind the wall which is pictured below.

But it was a big deal to me because there are no signs whatsoever in front of the library ordering people who circulate petitions to stand behind the wall. I suspect the woman made up the law to give me a hard time. The male1 library employee claimed he wanted to sign my petitions at first. I suspect that was a lame excuse for him1 to read the petition. Then when he1 got the petition hehe1 claimed he MIGHT sign it. Then after reading it hehe1 didn't sign it. I wonder if he1 left his finger prints and DNA on the petition when he1 looked at it? I am not sure, but I suspect the Chandler Police may have falsely arrested me because the folks at the Chandler Library complained that I was circulating petitions to legalize marijuana. In that case I think I will add the library employees that shook me down to the false arrest lawsuit I am planning on filing against the city of Chandler for the false arrest that occured at Wal-Mart. For my lawsuit I need to get this information from the city of Chandler:
Want to legalize marijuana in Arizona???If you are intersted in helping legalize marijuana you should contact:Safer Arizona |

Male Library employee who shook me down1Today on Monday, July 29 just before 3pm I was at the library and bought a book for $3.The male 1 library employee who shook me down outside the library was working at the help desk. He1 didn't sell me my book, but a female library sold me the book. She wasn't the one who shook me down. So if we get all the male library employees that were working on Monday, July 29, 2013 before 3pm, and all the male library employees that were working the day I was shook down, which was Monday, June 24, 2013 sometime between noon and 2:54 pm we should have the male library employee1 who shook me down. When the guy1 shook me down the first time I wasn't planning on suing Chandler over this. So I didn't write down a detailed description of the guys1 looks. But when the cops arrested me the following day I was angry and decided to sue both the cops and the library. The guy1 was bigger then me. The guy1 was heavy set. The guy1 is also balding, whatever that means. I think this is the library guy who shook me down: Peter PerreaultI was in the library today, Tuesday, September 17, 2013 and I complained about some guy who had 3 kids in a baby carriage. The kids were screaming all the time and could be heard in the computer room. When I complained to the guy about the screaming children instead of taking care of the problem, he accused me of staring at people. With that in mind when I sue the guy in Federal Court I wonder how truthful he will be about what happened. The incident today happened around 10:30. It's now 10:45 as I am typing this. Here is a copy of the guy's business card: It's now 11:57 on Tuesday, September 17 and I am just finishing up this web page after I went to lunch at the Pirate's Fish and Chips joint across the street from the library. I am adding this incase the guy gets nasty and tries to make some false accusactions saying I did something wrong. |
