False Arrest by Chandler, Arizona Police

I want some answers

I had been thinking about these questions for the last 3 weeks since I had been falsely arrested on October 17, 2014 from about 7:53 a.m. to 8:10 a.m. by Chandler cop Ariel Werther.

Some questions

1. Did I video tape the false arrest?
2. Did the crooked Chandler pigs TRY to delete the photos?
3. Did the crooked Chandler pigs delete the photos?
4. Did the crooked Chandler pigs mess up the settings on my camera?
5. Did the pigs steal photos from my camera?

Outline of what happened

It took me a little over 3 weeks to figure out what happened to the video which I shot of the false arrest. Here are the nitty gritty details.

I'm going to videotape the pig

I told the pigs, I am videotaping

I did that because still photos have a much higher quality resolution then moving video photos. And I love to put high quality photos of cops that violate my civil rights on my web pages. Yea, like on this web page where I am documentation how Ariel Werther and 3 other crooked Chandler police officers violated my Constitutional rights.

Well as I said before I TOLD CHANDLER POLICE OFFICER ARIEL WERTHER that I was videotaping her, so we can assume that she knew I was videotaping her from that. Also the fact that I was pointing my camera at her would tell most people that I was videotaping them.

So Chandler Piggy Ariel Werther KNEW I was videotaping her.

And of course the reason I was videotaping Ariel Werther is so I could document any civil rights violations she committed and have the video to back up my claims when I sue Ariel Werther and the city of Chandler, Arizona for false arrest and civil rights violations in Federal court.

I am going to call 911 too

I am not dumb enough to think calling 911 will prevent a crooked police officer from violating my civil rights. But I do know that if I called 911, I would have a record on a police tape of my words which would make it easier for me to sue Ariel Werther for false arrest and civil rights violations when she violated my civil rights.

Now at this point in time my camera is running, and I am recording both the audio and video of what is happening. But since I am handcuffed I can’t point the camera so the video is useless, so all we have is the audio.

Chandler piggies steal my camera

Chandler piggies erase the video from my camera?

I didn’t know it at the time but the crooked piggy also tried to erase the video tape I started to make. Hey, a crooked cop doesn’t want any evidence of their crime to exist.

I found out the crooked piggies erased my video when I tried to upload the video to You Tube and saw that the video had been deleted. Well at least I thought the video had been deleted.

Chandler piggies mess up my camera settings

I had to play with the camera for 10 or 15 minutes to figure out what the cops had changed.

How did I shot that still photo?

As Ariel Werther was handcuffing me I was still holding my camera and I shot a photo of her handcuffing me, thru the camera, which was behind my back.

I must admit the photo came out pretty good despite the fact that I shot it while I was handcuffed, with my hands behind my back.

Now one odd thing pops up when you think about this. How could I have possibly shot a still photo while the camera was in videotaping mode?

I f*cked up and didn't hit record button?

I probably screwed up and didn’t hit the video record button when I thought I did.

So the bottom line is that while I thought I was videotaping the cops, I wasn’t videotaping the cops.

And while the cops thought I was videotaping them I wasn’t videotaping them.

Now I went back and reviewed the sequence numbers on all my still photos and moving videos and they all existed. None of the sequence numbers were missing.

So that verifies the fact that I probably screwed up and failed to hit the record button, and that I wasn’t videotaping this police crime.

Chandler pigs try to erase the evidence & fail

And that explains why the cops were messing with my camera trying to erase the videotape which they thought I was making.

The pigs were probably playing with my camera trying to figure out how to shut the video off, the video that was already off. And as they were doing that they mucked up the settings on the camera which I didn’t discover for a couple of days.

Of course the crooked Chandler pigs never figured out how to shut off the video, because the video was never on.

Now I was confused for a few days because I didn’t know what happened.

I thought I hit the RECORD button, but the video was missing.

Chandler piggies fail to erase anything

Well, no because none of the file sequence numbers were missing.

Well if the pigs didn’t erase the video how come the settings on my camera were mucked up?

Well because the pigs thought I had videotaped them and were trying to erase the video, which they couldn’t find.

And that explains why the settings on my camera were messed up.

I was perplexed about what happened and I didn’t figure it out while I was awake.

I figure out what happened

So now I will summarize what happened.

1. I thought I hit the RECORD button to document the false arrest and civil rights violations by the crooked Chandler Police Officers.
2. I thought I was videotaping the crime.
3. The crooked Chandler Police Officers thought I was videotaping the crime
4. When the crooked Chandler Police Officers stole my camera they tried to erase the video records. And they failed because the video recording didn’t exist.
5. As the crooked Chandler pigs were trying to erase the evidence they mucked up the settings on my camera.
