Who owns that truck |

I have always wondered who owns the truck that is
at the Circle K on Frye Road & Arizona Avenue
with the pro-military and pro-police bumper stickers
and the purple heart license plate.
Well today I found out. Lunch at Del TacoShortly before being falsely arrested by the Chandler Police for who knows what I went to eat lunch at about 11:00am at the Del Taco in the Wal-Mart center on Pecos and Arizona Avenue.I think I had two of the 75 cent burritos and two of the 50 cent tacos. Sure it ain't real Mexican food, with fake hot sauce, but I guess it is pretty tasty American food. After finishing my lunch I walked over to the Goodwill store to look around and on my way I saw that truck I always see at the Circle K in the drive thru at Del Taco. And in it I saw the woman who I think is the manager of the Circle K. I didn't know it, but she also saw me. Goodwill and Wal-Mart![]() Then I proceeded to Wal-Mart where I bought a pair of shoes and I was rung up at 12:16pm. I then walked from the Wal-Mart store past the Del Taco and Wendies into a part of the shopping center that has an America's Best Contacts and Eyeglasses store where I was falsely arrested by the Chandler Police officers G. Pederson #200, L.J. Morris #207 and B Lucus. Falsely arrested by Officer G. PedersonOfficer G. Pederson #200 was the cop who initially arrested me.
"Am I under arrest?" He lied to me and said "No" I then said something like "OK, then I am leaving. Bye!!!" Officer G. Pederson then came up with some cockamaine lame reason on why I was under arrest, but not under arrest and said some BS like like "You have to stay, you are under investigative custody". I then said something like "You lied to me. If I am not free to go, then I am under arrest. In that case I will stay here"Officer G. Pederson then asked me for my name I told him I was taking the 5th Admendment and refusing to answer his questions or tell him my name. Officer G. Pederson then started to give me a lecture on how wonderful the pigs were treating me and why I was a lousy scum bag for wanting to leave and not answering his questions. I didn't bother to point out to Officer G. Pederson that he was a liar when he first told me that I wasn't under arrest, or that he was also violating my 5th Amendment rights by continuing to question me, and that he was violating my constitutional rights by arresting me without having "probable cause" or "resonable suspicion" to detain me. But when you have a criminal with a gun and a badge that has just falsely arrested you, you don't want to risk being murdered so I just shut up and listened to his silly lecture. Released and on my wayI was falsely arrested for about 15 minutes, and I video taped almost 9 minutes of the false arrest. My first stop was a Boost Mobil phone store. Officer B Lucus was a real jerk and made it almost impossible for me to write his name down. For that matter I don't even know if I have it correct now. But in the Boost Mobile phone store I wrote his name down. And I told the people there that I had just been falsely arrested by some crooked cops on the Chandler Police force and that I was sorry for being so upset. They seems to understand that being falsely arrested by jackbooted police thugs can be a terrifying experience and conformed me. Next stop Circle KMy next stop was the Circle K on Frye Road and Arizona Avenue.I went there to get a coke. While I was purchashing my coke I noticed that the manager, who drives the truck which I saw at the Del Taco was behind the checkout counter. The Circle K manager remembered meI asked her if she was at Del Taco before in the drive thru lane, and if she remembered me walking by.I was suprised because she said yes she did remember me. After confirming all the details about her being at the Del Taco and remembering me I asked her if she could be a witness. I told her that I had just been falsely arrested by some crooked Chandler cops at Wal-Mart and I wanted her to confirm that she saw me at the Del Taco. The Circle K manager won't help meThe manager then told me that her husband was a police officer and that she was certainly not willing to help me if I was going to sue some crooked cops. Then the woman started rambling on how great cops are and how it is impossible for cops to commit crimes and how everybody should love cops. And how if the cops falsely arrested me I must have been doing something wrong and on how anybody that thinks they have constitutional rights must be a criminal. Of course I should have expected that from all the pro-government and pro-military bumper stickers on her truck. And I suspect that shows you that a large number of cops are corrupt to the core. If the woman was really a freedom fighter who supports the PEOPLE, not the POLICE STATE, she would have jumped at the oppturnity to get rid of the 3 crooked cops who just violated my constitutional rights. But from the rant the woman just gave me it sounds like she supports the POLICE STATE, because she is married to a cop. I won't subpoena the Circle K managerWell since this Circle K manager is definatelly a big fan of the police state I certainly am not going to subpoena her as a witness when I sue the Chandler pigs in Federal Court for false arrest and civil rights violations.I will subpoena the Circle K video tapesBut I do plan to subpoena the video tapes in the Circle K which have me talking to the woman, where she admits seeing me at the Del Taco, and when she gets into her pro-police state rant.Yes that will be good evidence. |
